Education

Arts education is an integral part of North Carolina Stage Company's mission.  Since 2001, NC Stage has served 3,545 students in Western NC through its classroom residencies and over  15,000 students through our NEA-funded school tour of A Midsummer Night's Dream.     North Carolina Stage Company offers several ways for students to see our productions.  

    Student FlexPass     
    Full-time students only, with a valid student I.D. 
    This subscription to our mainstage season costs just $9 a ticket.

    Student Rush Tickets  
    Full-time students only, with a valid student I.D. 
    Available 10 minutes before curtain, if seats are available. 

    Discounted Group Rates
    Available to everyone.
    Discounts are available for groups of 15 or more, with deeper discounts for larger groups. Plus, one complimentary ticket for the teacher or group coordinator. Call Amanda Leslie at (828) 239-0263 for more information. Blackout dates may apply.

    Pay-What-You-Can Night
    Available to everyone.
    The first Wednesday of every Mainstage production is Pay-What-You-Can Night.  You choose the ticket price you can afford.  $6 minimum, cash only, exact change only.  Reservations highly recommended.
