
SEEKING: Equity actors for roles in North Carolina Stage Company production of IS THIS A ROOM created by Tina Satter (see breakdown).
These are Actors’ Equity Association required show auditions and Equity members are given priority. North Carolina Stage Company operates on a SPT-4 Contract. Non-union actors are welcome to audition.
Performers of all ethnicities, gender identities, ages, and body types, as well as performers with disabilities, are encouraged to submit audition materials.

Please bring your headshot and resume and prepare sides from the script. Sides will be provided when appointment is confirmed.

REALITY LEIGH WINNER

An Air Force Veteran and NSA translator, intelligent and articulate. Possesses a quiet strength beneath increasing anxiety as events unfold around her.
SPECIAL AGENT JUSTIN C. GARRICK
he/him, 40s-50s
Lead FBI interrogator focused on getting information using a veneer of casual friendliness while systematically building his case. Professional and methodical, balances bureaucratic authority with moments of almost mundane humanity.
SPECIAL AGENT R. WALLACE TAYLOR
Any gender, any age
FBI agent working alongside Garrick, more direct and less conversational. Often handles the procedural and technical aspects of the questioning with straightforward authority.
UNKNOWN MALE
Any gender, any age
FBI agent who appears briefly during the interrogation process. Provides additional federal presence and procedural support alongside the primary interrogators.
